PENROSE COURT CLOSURE OF PROPERTY

Dear Resident

We are committed to ensuring our community remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone. Following ongoing reports of serious anti-social behaviour and drug related activity at an address within Penrose Court, action has been taken to protect local residents.

Effective immediately, this property has been officially closed under [relevant legislation, Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. This means no one is allowed to enter or remain on the premises for the duration of the closure.

This decision was not taken lightly but was necessary due to persistent issues that have caused distress and concern among neighbours. We appreciate the support of the community and encourage anyone affected by anti-social behaviour to report concerns to Dacorum Borough Council and or Police on 101.
